Dr. Dennis Kim

Dr. Kim was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States to attend college. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of California (Riverside). He graduated with a D.M.D. degree from Case Western University School of Dentistry in 2004.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Kim moved to Arizona to enjoy the warm weather. He began his dental career in 2005. He was hired by DC Dental Group in 2008.

Dr. Kim’s hobbies include electronics, learning new languages, traveling and dining at new restaurants.

Dr. Yakov Khaydatov

Dr. Khaydatov received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University (in Psychology). He graduated with a D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2009.

After graduating dental school, “Dr. Khaydatov returned to Arizona to begin his dental career. He joined the DC Dental team in 2010.

When Dr. K is not attending dental seminars to keep updated on the newest dental trends, he enjoys his many hobbies. He is an avid basketball fan (his favorite team is the Phoenix Suns). He also enjoys swimming, soccer, racquetball and going to the movies.

Dr. Gustavo Wilson

Dr. Wilson received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University. He graduated with a D.D.S. degree from the University of Creighton Dental School in 2000.

After graduating dental school, Dr. Wilson moved to Arizona to begin his dental career. He was hired by DC Dental Group in 2011.

When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his daughter. He also enjoys golfing, going to the gym and playing the drums.

Dr. Sumi Shrestha

Dr. Shrestha was born in Nepal. She received her undergraduate degree from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India.

She moved to the U.S. in 2005 to attend dental school. She graduated with a D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2007.

After graduating dental school, Dr. Shrestha moved to Arizona to begin her dental career. She joined the DC Dental team in 2008.

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Shrestha enjoys spending time with her 5-year old son.

Dr. William Halliday III

Dr. Halliday was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree (B.S in Computer Science) from the University of Michigan.

He attended dental school at the University of Maryland-Baltimore, which has the unique distinction of being the world’s first dental college. After earning his DDS degree in 2007, Dr. Halliday moved to the Valley and began practicing dentistry.

When Dr. Halliday is not busy restoring teeth and promoting oral health, he enjoys his many hobbies: sports, traveling, computers and sleeping. However, his favorite hobby is spending time with his wife and three young children.

Dr. Halliday joined the DC Dental team in 2008.

Dr. Leyla Meschi

Dr. Meschi was born in Iran, but moved to the United States as a child. She received her undergraduate degree (B.S. in Psychology) from the University of San Diego.

She attended dental school at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. After receiving her DMD degree in 2012, she joined the DC Dental team.

Dr. Meschi enjoys the “hands on” nature of dentistry and enjoys getting patients out of pain and giving them their smiles back.

When she is not working in the office, Dr. Meschi enjoys reading, watching movies and dining at new restaurants with her husband.

Dr. Anna Lee

Dr. Anna Lee was born in South Korea, but moved to the United States as a child. She grew up in Chicago and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.

She attended dental school at the University of Michigan. After earning her DDS degree in 2009, Dr. Lee moved to Phoenix and began her dental career.

Dr. Lee’s favorite part of dentistry is helping her patients out of pain and giving them nice smiles. When she is not working in the office, Dr. Lee enjoys playing the piano, listening to classical music and hiking with her husband.

Dr. Lee joined the DC Dental team in 2013.
